A perfect recipe for chocolate lovers. Of course you could buy almost
the same from the supermarket but you have to keep in mind that cooking
your owns will be cheaper and remember homemade is always better.
Ingredients:
1 pound Oreo cookies
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pound milk chocolate
1/2 pound white chocolate
Instructions
With a food processor, grind the cookies to a fine powder.
With a mixer, blend the cream cheese, cookie powder and vanilla extract until thoroughly mixed.
Roll into small balls, place on wax-lined cookie sheet and place in the fridge for 45 minutes.
In
a saucepan, melt the milk chocolate. Dip balls and coat thoroughly.
Using a slotted spoon, lift the balls out of the chocolate and let the
excess chocolate drip off. Place on wax-paper-lined cookie sheet.
In another saucepan, melt the white chocolate. Using a fork, drizzle the white chocolate over the balls.
Allow to cool.and store in airtight container, in the fridge.
